Why am I being banned?
I went to play Valorant as usual after the update. Played 2 games, everything was fine.
The next day I tried to go into the game, but saw a message about a permanent block under SECTION TERMS OF SERVICE 7.
I have never downloaded cheats or any other programs to simplify the gameplay. I don't even use the Valorant tracker.
I wrote to support 2 times, but they never answered me.
Today I decided to create a new account to play (I HAVE BEEN BASED ON A LOT OF DONATE SKINS, INCLUDING THE EXCLUSIVE ARKAIN LINE)
And while I was playing on the new account, I was kicked out of the match and again given a block for the same reason.
I don't know what to do! Help RIOT! If you need diagnostics of my PC, then I agree, I am ready to cooperate to unblock my account!
