✅ Having problems with WinUI3
Well i seemed to fix it, only needed to add
<WindowsAppSDKSelfContained>true</WindowsAppSDKSelfContained>
in the project file.

which one could it be i have the winui3 sdk and dependencies downloaded from visual studio installer, as per required according to microsoft docs
