Railway credits gone??

I had $15.46 in credits, and now $5 is gone. I have a single project, and I know for a fact my project did not use that many credits.

No deploys but service cost still increasing

I do not have any deploys turned on right now for my service, but the cost is still increasing for some reason.

starter plan usage not refreshing, and projects status out of sync

Hey, my start plan's usage is not refreshing. It is currently June, but it still says May's Free Resources on the usage page. One of my projects says its not running on the railway dashboard, but I can access it. I was banned before and then unbanned. I had the developer plan before getting banned, I do not have it now, and I cannot upgrade to the developer plan either. It says that my card is getting declined, even though it shouldn't be. I checked the limit on my card, and it has at least $1 on it.

Got Banned

I got banned from railway, if a staff member could please look into the forms I submitted, I would very much appreciate it. It has been 10+ hours since I submitted them, and I cannot access the dashboard. Some of my services are still running, but some of them are not, and I would like them to be running.
