Game Froze
Unfortunately riot doesn’t register or understand how one goes “afk” per se. So even though your game freezes or crashes, and you’re not able to load back in,, they give the same offense as to one who truly does go AFK.

Connection Error Message
Sounds like an internet issue. Restart your router, restart your PC and the game entirely. If none of this works, then I’m not sure what else.

new player to valorant, any help basic knowledge, maybe a game?
Aim head level always, don’t spray only tap quickly, work on game sense and good positioning.
If you lose round one, save. If you win round one, buy.
If someone is shooting at you, move the opposite way they are(ex: they are your left, move to the right and adjust your mouse left to their head.) and it’ll throw them off.

Valorant crashing
It sounds like something in the files for valorant/riot client are definitely messed up. Try checking your files and re-verifying them. If that doesn’t work, might have to uninstall everything and re-install.

Restart your game entirely if you haven’t already. If that doesn’t work then it’s glitched and you’ll have to wait it out.
