Also want to note (if it helps track it down) anytime "ujust update" is ran then either reboot or shutdown it shows up on the next boot when entering desktop mode

I followed that link in the message but its not really helpful in solving it as the solution states if you can't launch steam after trying the steps to contact valve.. but steam launches fine even after or if receiving this so.. not sure what is happening.
