it's really strange that every download server I tried previously was also giving single digit megabits but now all the international ones I'm trying are around 100

new zealand and bolivia are giving me around 115mbps now so it's possible the australian steam servers have just trashed themselves entirely? I've got no clue what is even going on with it because sydney used to give me at the very least 100mbps on windows

every so often I have been getting short bursts of upto 100mbps but never much over that
