EF Core

If I wrap EF in repo pattern, then update the repo's in memory object (update property), can I just call SaveChanges to update it?

I've made a snapshot with dotnet-trace, converted it to speedscope, but I don't know what any of this means? It really isn't telling me anything useful https://i.imgur.com/3g4PB9T.png
