ContactForm Not Sending Me Gmail

I recently had to reset my PC, but made no changes to my code. Took me awhile to get my code up and running on the reset PC (reinstalling MSSQL, VSC, VS2022, etc.) but it's all working. However, I built the ContactForm to log the message in my database AND send me an email with the message content from/using my Gmail account. It is logging the message into my database, but it is NOT sending using/to my Gmail account. Any ideas?
