Since none of this solution worked we need to see if the connection between your router and the servers is correct, so I need you to download an app called Ping Plotter.
Let me give you some more detailed steps about how to use the Ping Plotter app:
You download, install and open the app, Enter target name or IP, as soon as you open the program, you enter the IP of our game server, which is: 162.249.72.1
After that, configure the Range and Focus that the test will perform. It's right next door!
Just configure it like this:
Interval: 1 Second
Focus: 5 Minutes
Then just click on play and wait for 5 minutes (seriously, this time is important, okay?)
After 5 minutes, take a screenshot of the program and send it to us without censoring any part of the file.
(If you are unable to launch a custom game, skip that part and just press the Play button)
Once you're done, just attach the screenshots in your next reply!
