probably, i think its silly the educators throw in a mess during animal talks; but if the animals clean it i guess its not a problem.

yeah, i remembered from my first zoo, i had this problem with rhino poop, if there is something on top of the mess it glitches sometimes and the keepers cannot clean it; its a very bizarre bug, because the mess wasn't there before you put the flowers down. xD

Additionally I found a subsequent "known issues" thread describing the habitat breaking in franchise. https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/64609 The only bereft is that none of the things I'm finding are specifically your exact problem

I wonder if you would test, take the animals out, put them in trade center (or make them a new habitat to recalculate in) delete rocks, save game and exit for an amount of time. And then reloaded the game and see if it changes.

It's a very beautiful habitat, have you tried deleting the rocks completely, and taking all the animals out of the enclosure?
