Voice chat enabled, but cant hear anyone.
I have Voice Chat enabled and can speak, tested mic and it works just fine, but I cannot hear or see that anyone else talking at all. I've checked my settings, reset them, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to be fixing it.
Any suggests or fixes?

Names as Steam ID
In game name tags are only showing up as Steam ID (numbers) No matter which server I join. Sometimes it will happen mid match or fix mid match, but most times it just stays as ID numbers.
Is there a fix for this?
