I just got the 7-days softban even though I respected the cooldown and everything. I guess I just got caught because it happens or I missed something?

PGS PTC Account
I read on the site that I shouldn't use my main account and to create a PTC account, but my main account is already PTC account, can I use it (even just sometimes) or not?
