Its using https://www.domainconnect.org/ and we're listed on https://www.domainconnect.org/dns-providers/ with contact email of [email protected] which you can use to inquire about the integration.

I am wondering the same. I know there are apps that get permissions to users' Cloudflare accounts via OAuth. Check https://www.entri.com/resources/instant-demos (click launch demo button).
