Accidently closed post - how do I reopen?

Earlier today, I had a post regarding an issue. The issue was solved which I marked it as. But in my attempt to remove the 'Open' tag, I 'Closed post' - that removed the post completely, though. For good measure (and other bug creators) , the post should probably remain in 'help'. How do I find/unclose it?

Unverified GitHub account - "does not meet our good actor criteria"

I've just tried to create a new project using the 'Node.js' template. For some reason, this is not possible - I'm getting asked to verify my GitHub account even though it's connected. I have a Developer plan (with a verified cc), and the one existing project is already using my GitHub connection by deploying a Next JS. Can anyone look into this? All help is appreciated. 🙂
