Official server for South America not starting
Queue is full, but server is not opening a lobby.

Same player being racist every match for weeks
Hey guys, how you doing?
I've been playing with and against this player for about a month now and he messaged me on steam.
I reported him for racism in game and also on steam, but I see no action taken towards his behavior. Whenever he's playing I open his profile and there's always 5+ types of reports.
I would like to know if there's any other actions that I can take.

No official server for South America?
Hey guys,
I don't really think the queue for opening a server is working very well. I find a lot of people in servers on others regions complaining about not having a server.
People just don't wait the queue and I think this is hurting the community and honestly you guys are losing players. I really like this game but if there's no official server it is going to die.
Is there anything to be done besides waiting for a queue?
