Poke flee, but go ++ works

Manually clicked Pokémon flee, but when using a Pokémon GO ++ they are caught without any problem. Try to reinstalled the game. The problem stays for now 3 days. Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening or how to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
