someone plz help, bought rose bowl tickets for event 9-5 and nothing is showing up, even got the confirmation email and i got the metals in game showing i bought it, is there somewhere else im supposed to be?

Pokestops won’t spin
this morning all the sudden my pokestops won’t spin anymore, it keeps saying try again later, i don’t have a cooldown or going to fast, and it’s been 6 hours since it first started, no problem catching or raiding just can’t spin pokestops
