Obvious cheater didn't get banned during the game, is there anything more i can do?

Ping is really inconsistent after this update
For some reason my game has been super laggy, i average 17-20 ping normally, and yesterday it was fine, but today it's been consistently spiking to 150+.
I didn't install anything new between yesterday and today, and other online games are fine, but val is just really choppy. I did a tdm to warmup and my game crashed twice, so i updated the game and my graphics drivers, and the ping is still terrible. I also tried reinstalling val, riot client, vanguard, and disabling recording/overlay software and that didn't help either.
