does this mean there is no guarantee of stability for China Network without Enterprise license?

I have used Cloudflare CDN for a few months now, but I only have this issue these recent days, so I wonder if there is any change on the CF side or any settings I can adjust

this was what I got last night when it had packet loss, I can't reproduce it right now, I'll provide mtr next time the issue happens

@andrew | as1003 yes, this was the traceroute when it had packet loss, I can't reproduce it all the time, but most of the time these days I got packet loss
