Always allow commits from external contributors

Right now whenever someone who is not in the Railway team makes a commit we have to approve it manually Is there a way to auto approve these commits? Or add contributors into a whitelist?

App working fine, but randomly becomes unresponsive for up to 1 minute.

We have a Node.js app deployed which works fine, memory & CPU usage is stable, but we have monitoring setup and we can see that a few times a day it fails to respond. This happens for up to one minute. What can cause this? This only started happening a week or two ago.

Is it possible to manually re-check the custom domain DNS?

Just changed nameservers for a production app with 10k users, it's showing as HTTP not HTTPS since Railway hasn't rechecked DNS and there's no way to do it manually like with Vercel or Cloudflare.
