Two pods disappeared from the console
Our servers inside pods are still running, so I think there is an issue with just fetching the pods and not with them directly.

So the issue is starting with not being able to connect runpod proxies, and because of that cloudflare throwing timeout error until it connects

That is not the issue - it cannot even connect to our server thorugh runpod proxy and because of that cloudflared timeout, it throws timeout error.

We are currently using pod ip addresses and all requests to our server in pods working fine and no connection issue.

Hi @Tim aka NERDDISCO , I have an assumption that runpod proxy has some serious issues. Someone suggested yesterday to me to use Pod Public Ip Address instead of runpod proxies, and there is no more connection issues.

I believe if this information can be listed on the pod instead of always "connecting" status, I think it would really help us understand, and take action.

Yes, that is why it is weird, it fully went down before maintenance. Is it possible force restart or something on your end? Because it seems that whatever I do resetting the pod etc not even working.

-- Similar thing started happening again and one of our pod is fully done, and our production is experiencing outage. I already submitted a ticket but not sure when to get a response back for this kind of emergency. "Your request (5222) has been received" @Papa Madiator, I would really appreciate if you can help us

Seems like pods are back again, looks like there might be some issues on some pods temporarily. I will keep an eye on them.
