Anyone know what this crash message means by any chance?
i opened a ticket back in the beginning of August, remained untouched until it was just recently deleted with no response.
Opened a new ticket here and nex responded advising cfx.re, so as you can imagine i didn't.
kinda between a rock and hard place, i want someone to look at it, my gameplay maxes at about 15mins of gameplay then crashes.
Always seems to be when i get clipped (screen clip)by another high speed vehicle passing by my spot. (sorry for shite explanation)

I was advised by boss man to upload to cfx.re and wait. If you have time im happy to upload the most recent, but don't wanna piss nex off

I have noticed there are quite a few of these crash reports with similar style names, pluto-whiskey-september etc etc
You say this may be due to vram hey, it would explain a lot

addon cars spawning after 15 minutes
Add ons were slow to load for me in the beginning and still occasionally have issues spawning.
Stick with it and have a few add on cars saved, apart from Yonji advised there is no other reason, its just content.

Thats great to hear that you got your end to function, seems to me that the remainder of the issue isn't your problem.
Your friend may have to look at their backend and see if all settings are correct?
Apart from that it's quite uncommon for members to not be able to chat using voice.
Ensure you both have "voice activated" selected in the game pause settings, it may still be on default which PTT.

Controller not giving input
From steam library right click on fiveM client, and select properties.
Select controller and on the right of the dialog box make sure steam is enabled. Hope that helps.
Make sure you have your controller connected and running before opening fiveM
