Get target scroll position of a smooth scroll element.
I have already implemented that behavior.
The problem is that slider element is a smooth scroll element so when I give input to scroll to end it takes time for the actual element.scrollLeft to reach there.
What I want to do is to check if browser is eventually going to smoothly slide and stop at the edge and disable the arrow button in advance.
I want the target slider position, where the slider will eventually stop.
