I was walking at what should be legal for pokemon go, but I tried pretty much every walking speed. it works now

When i catch any pokemon they always escape, no matter the berry i give
you got softbanned. you dont need to be spoofing to be softbanned, but its a more common way. if you get soft banned again, just wait a few hours and it should be back
