Okey I was playing around a bit more now and I'm getting to understand now how this works. But I wasn't able to figure out which base color and which mode I have to use to achieve this:
For #21B250 (green background), the result should be #FFFFFF (white).
For #F4F4F4 (light gray background), the result should be #000000 (black).

Okey. I don't get it why I should set it to white (as I want it to be black in the "default" state). And how can I then define the text to become white on the green background? It becomes pink then
