I would argue that if you have to ask if something will get you banned it might not be a great idea to begin with. That being said I'm sure some people could see it falling under rule 12 of User Rules found in Riot TOS.

Still doing this changes to ur device stuff…
You can do that my right clicking on the "Riot Client" shortcut and opening properties. From there navigate to the "Compatibility" tab and check the "Run this program as an administrator" button!

Since you need TPM 2.0 you must boot using only native UEFI. While you can use MBR when booting UEFI + Legacy it wont work with just UEFI.

The issue is using partition style MBR you need to change it to GPT. You can do this using a tool by windows called MBR2GPT.exe

There are many reasons that could be causing it.
Your modem could be having its own issues like overload of cached data which restarting will clear
There could be many people using the internet at the same time.
Maybe issues at your service providers end that you cant do anything about.

In that case since unplugging the device in your room doesnt cut your internet Id ask someone who lives with you where the Wifi comes and to restart that device!
