SABnzbd running but I cannot open web UI/connect

Suddently I noticed my downloads (Sonarr/Radarr) weren't working and after looking into it a bit they said they cannot connect. So I went to open the SABnzbd web UI and I cannot connect. Runtipi loads show:

I've restarted it multiple times. Not sure what caused this, I haven't touched the config since setting it up. Any ideas on how to track down the issue? docker ps shows:
