Getting 522 errors on static Pages site

Hey all, I'm new to Cloudflare and have set up a fully static website. My visitors are suddenly getting 522 errors when trying to visit it. I can't replicate it myself, but I have users complaining from the US and Europe. Anyone know what's going on?
