Cooldown Q
I was trying to help a friend in another state get his Rotom research done and I didn't know about the cooldown timer. He caught a Pokemon before giving me access to his account and I attempted to catch here in my town and everything insta breaks and runs. Is the two hour cooldown timer just from his locations last catch? Or is it now from the last cooldown action I attempted here in my town? Does it keep resetting if I keep attempting to catch in my location? 1,050km distance from him to me.
