I think it's a host only command, and the host isn't a player on dedicated.

Yes, remove your save file from the app data and rejoin as a new one. Many videos can guide you on youtube to find your save. Or tag me if more help is needed

If you spend about 3-5 minutes following her, she will be friendly. He affection starts at 0 and only needs to be 15/100 to be a companion
