Is Overlayed Supposed to take up alot of CPU when its open?

Help with issues.
Hello! I just found out about htis program and I love it. I only have a couple of issues I found I need help with:
When I Pin, there seems to be no away to unpin.
My settings don't save after I adjusted them.
Can't close the program through normal means (aka Task bar and close).
Any help with any of these is apprechiated.
