No access to account associated with my domain
Hello, my family has a business with a website. The domain name is through a separate company and the name servers are configured to use Cloud Flare. No one seems to know who setup this or configured it. When going through the Forgot Email option on the website it doesn't state who it is so we can't reach out (they have had multiple IT companies manage their IT in the past.) When I click on the help article to view the instructions to recover the account it just takes me to the Cannot Locate Dashboard Account help document. Is there any way to regain access to this domain? I don't know what records/configuration might exist. Thanks in advance for your help!
