Bad routing even with Argo Smart Routing actived
We have a multiplayer game published in dedicated server in Argentina and its builded under websockets using https.
We have DNS proxy on cloudflare and the app aims to those DNS. When people in Argentina with a good connection pings to the DNS, are getting >200ms latency, while pinging to dedicated host directly obtains around 20ms. The ISP is making something bad while they have same ping to dedicated host in Argentina than dedicated host in Europe, even sometimes better to europe! both dedicated host are proxyed by cloudflare. We activated Argo Smart Routing and minimal changes, most people are with same issue while we are paying for a service and it's totally breaking the user experience 😦
