Zero trust not sending OTP mails
mails are comming through now, perhaps a problem occured that caused a delay?

After enabling the default route, the test functionality started working as well. Disabling the default route again results in not being able to save&deploy.

this bug is occuring when you dont have the default route enabled - workaround is enabling the default route, then you can save&deploy
