Rebased to Fedora Kinoite and FWIW I'm still getting it (although much more rarely):

Which tells me this might be a Fedora problem. Considering rebasing to Fedora 39 and seeing if it's an issue there, because I'm still not seeing this in Windows

Ah-ha! It did work, I just needed to select the "Pro Audio" profile which magically appeared on the headset settings in the volume mixer

Yeah, I can try that - would /usr/share/alsa-card-profile/ go into /usr/local/alsa-card-profile/ or /usr/local/share/alsa-card-profile/?

Zoom screen share always shares all monitors on Bazzite
Ah, alright. Dealing with Zoom support is always, uh, well... Anyway - I actually found an older version of Zoom (https://zoom.us/client/6.0.12.5501/zoom_x86_64.rpm, for anyone coming from the future) and installed it using rpm-ostree. For whatever reason, that version worked without needing to downgrade xdg-desktop-portal like I did on Neon. So that seems to have fixed it
