I tried to log into my riot account to change my valorant username but I'm not getting the 2fa code i need to log in

Network connection, stuttering, teleporting
Recently I've been teleporting when I move, stuttering, and getting the network connection icon in the top right of my screen. My ping always hovers around 30, even when this happens. My frames seem to be fine, and all other games work great for me. Im on windows 11. What can I do?
