1.49 for both app and server. Just uninstalled and reinstalled from fdroid, and it is still happening

it didnt seem to do that the first few times i tried, but it looks like it is back to normal now. - 757 assets backed up so far

so, im almost at the point of wiping the immich install totally and just starting from scratch without doing a CLI upload. the android client has been trying to upload everything for the past many days and never makes any real progress. do you have anything I should try before i do that?
