My Xbox controller can't connect

Hello When i connect my xbox (series) controller by bluetooth, the controller just connect/disconnect/connect/disconnect... very quickly, all the time I have read that one solution could be to update the firmware by connecting the controller to a Windows PC but ... i don't have a Windows PC 😅 Is there another solution ? I tried with xpadneo but it's just doing the same. Also i tried to connect it with a cable but doesn't seem to connect either, before installing Bazzite i was on Mint and it was working well (the bluetooth, idk about the cable one because never connected it) Thanks
