I was trying to fix this issue but then my visual studio started to giving me random chunks of code that I never saw before and then visual studio is teling me the error but I don't understand how to solve it

Hi guys! Can someone help me out pls! I'm having a massive bad time making this and I going nuts with this! Basically I wanted to make my project windows forms C# to go get X information to a text file and then whe I add more information it would appear on my data gird that is working, but, I don't know what I did because I wanted to make like, if I close the program and strat again the data would be there and it was working but now it isn't can someone help me out please!
