valorant comms turning on and off causing stuttering
so i had this issue a while back and it is back! in-game my game will randomly turn off and a few seconds after they will turn back on. and when it does my game stutters just enough to throw me off. I fixed it with changing my ethernet settings before. I had to reset the ethernet settings because of something else and am now running into the issues again. I have changed everything that i did before (to my knowldedge) and i am pretty stuck as of rn. would appreciate some help:)🙏🏻**

comms keep turning on and off mid game and stutters my game whenever it does so.
i had it fixed for a while after messing with my ethernet port settings but i was getting ping issues so i reset my drivers and im running into the same issues again. i have put on the same settings as before and my comms are still turning on and off and it is harboring (hah) my ability to dominate the competitive scene. please help
