can someone tell me whats the best skin for every weapon
skins are cosmetics, cosmetics give dopamine hit, dopamine hit varies from individual to individual.
So, completely upto you, there's no "top" skins cuz its VERY subjective.
I'd say dont spend money on it since new skins are a ripoff (see latest bundle for 9700 VP with basic draw, reload and finisher animations).
Once again, its your preference.

I have been trying to get my hacked account for months now, with literally solid proof.
Riot support is horrible when it comes to this. Keep trying and hopefully it works out for you.
