Hiya, yeah ayako has a 1 minute cooldown between someone sending a message and her reposting the sticked message
This is because it would be annoying for people who're having a conversation to have it repeatedly interrupted by ayako reposting the sticked message. So she basically waits until the conversation has died down

nice, then set that role as "verified role" in your verification settings
this ensures that people will not be able to talk until they successfully verified
