How to disable middle click on bottom center of touchpad?

I installed KDE desktop, what's the best way to reconfigure the touchpad so clicking on the bottom will only trigger left/right clicks? At the moment, bottom-left is left click, bottom center is middle-click, bottom right is right-click. I want to remove the middle click, and keep the left/right click.
