FPS/Drops Stutters that occur every few seconds and only happen at high mouse polling rates.
Ok I figured out the issue soon after posting this. I had asus gpu tweak 3 running in the background. Could be the case that Easy Anti Cheat doesnt like it? Upon closing it, the stutters went away.
If you are also experiencing this issue i guess try to close background programs until it goes away
