Transfer .co.za and .de domains from Go Daddy to CloudFlare
Nice find, I wasn't aware of that page.

Porkbun is great, that’s who I use personally. The downside is there aren’t too many registrars that won’t try to upsell you to some extent.
AWS Route 53 supports both;

Home assistant
if they're both in docker and if you are referencing the HA container by ip address, this may be unreliable.
Instead it might work out a little better if you have a docker network set up (if you don't already) that way you can refer to the HA container by hostname in the tunnel config.
for example you'd do http://homeassistant:8123
or, you can use IPAM within a docker network to make sure the container gets a persistent docker IP, so you can reference it by 172.x.y.z IP address without risk of it changing on a reboot.

Transfer .co.za and .de domains from Go Daddy to CloudFlare
The docs won't have an explicit list of what is or is not supported, as the support can change at any time. Currently it just looks like the controlling entities for .co.za and .de are not allowing Cloudflare to register domains on their registries. That's really all it comes down to - "will they let us?"

Where to check blocked HTTP requests logs?
it's hard to tell what happened based on the pcap because the HTTP traffic is encrypted. but if Cloudflare blocked it, it would be showing up in Security > Events.
Add a filter for your IPv6 address from the pcap and see if any Blocked entries show up.
Most likely since you were doing it from Invoke-WebRequest, it was classified as bot/automated traffic and blocked.

Transfer .co.za and .de domains from Go Daddy to CloudFlare
If you are trying to transfer a domain to Cloudflare and it says it's unsupported, that means we can't register domains with that TLD (.co.za)
If you are trying to transfer it to GoDaddy and they support it, that might be a good plan. You can assign Cloudflare nameservers to the domain in GoDaddy and set up the site - the registration doesn't need to be with Cloudflare for the setup to work.
