I just tested it here, and yes, the cause was the vremastered and LWE mods.
Would it be possible to add something like packfile limit adjuster and heapadjuster to the server in the future to solve this?

i use vremastered and lively world expansion, i think this is probable cause of bugs, because these mods added so muth contents in the map
