gpu spiking to 100% and valorant windows 64 reads "not-responding"
hello, i've recently had this problem where my fps suddenly drops to 0-20fps and in my task manager the windows 64 val app reads "not-responding" even tho it's still running. My fps is capped below my monitor refresh rate (235) and all my drivers are updated. does anyone know what could be causing this?

question for imm-rad players
do you guys play w/ gsync/freesync and vsync on with fps capped? idk if the delay is big enough to affect gameplay that much in higher elo and was just curious

is this kill time and visual normal?
I feel like I'm getting insta one tapped before the enemy even fully stops moving, this is just one example but this keeps happening and idk if im just slow or if its a visual delay

people seeing me 0.5ms - 1s before i do whenever i swing corners/angles
i dont know when i've started having this problem, but it's especially noticeable in dms. No matter how I swing, i get shot before i even have time to move my crosshair to the other person. I've tried so many different things to try and fix this problem (updating drivers, turning off gsync/freesync and capping fps, turning nvidia control panel latency mode to ultra, prioritizing performance on power settings, etc etc) and I play on ethernet with 12ms ping in-game plus my cpu/gpu specs are really overkill for Val so I don't think it's a PC part issue (GPU: 4070 super, CPU: i7 14700-KF). I've even tried tweaking with my monitor settings a lot, toggling the low input lag mode on/off, trying out different screen modes, etc but nothing really seems to make a difference. Could someone please help me out here :')
