does anyone know a good safe spoofer for iOS
If u want no risk then just don't spoof at all, rooting will void your phone's warranty thats why people buy bad phones to root, if you do stupid stuff while root spoofing u can still get banned so its never safe

its autokeep, i use it and it keeps shiny pokemon and iv100, i think it doesnt work on research, grunts, hatches, raids etc only on wild catch, i might be wrong though just test it out

first strike with pgsharp
Its not only about respecting cooldowns, theres a lot of things you could get striked for, example if you tp every 2 hours on another part of the world to catch a hundo or a specific pokemon and you do it every 2 hours regularly, that could get you flagged since theres no way you are flying around the world every 2 hours, personally I use all options and I have never gotten a strike yet, I just play in 1 location and if I want to tp I stay on that place for the whole day.
