how does x-real-ip or CF-Connecting-IP work

I have a woerk set up with this code

i've tried my worker with both x-real-ip and CF-Connecting-IP but both are returning ipv6 addresses. i am building a dynamic dns solution so my worker was going to be pinged by my raspberrypi every 5 or so minutes and update the dns entry. i can obviously add an AAAA record with this, but I would like to grab the ipv4 address so i can use it for firewall rules. : ) is there a way to get the ipv4 address instead?

Can't join Cloudflare account which requires 2fa if I have account created by sign-in with Apple

I was invited to an account which requires 2fa but my account was created with Apple. When I accept the invite, it takes me to a screen to setup 2fa and asks me for a password to set it up. The problem is I don't have an account password so I can't create a 2fa login. I also can't navigate anywhere else to make a password.... But all of this seems moot given the apple account has 2fa?
