Vanguard issue of some sort
Hi guys. I'm writing on behalf of a friend.
We were playing comp and out of nowhere she disconnected. Upon trying to reconnect it just said "Account locked" and as a reason it gave that the account has used prohibited third party tools to gain unfair advantage, which she obviously hasn't. She tried to reconnect yet again and this time she was able to but upon reconnecting the match was terminated with the "Cheater detected". That's the first time something like that ever happened and we've been playing for a few weeks now but nothing like that came up before. What stood out on the message was that the account is suspended until the 06/12/2024 which is yesterday ? Another thing that was quite unusual is that even though the account was locked she could still log in like 20 mins later or so and queue up any game mode. Then she got disconnected again and an error message "van -102" came up which I checked a lot of pages and posts but I couldn't find anything about that one specifically. Any help or suggestions of what could be causing this is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance ! 🙂
